Hotels and Resorts has taken over management of the Carolina Inn and the IACC-certified Rizzo Conference Center on the campus of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
The 120-room conference center property, which originally opened in 1924, offers 13,000 square feet of meeting space.
