Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Seattle will open here in October.
The 21-story hotel and condominium tower is located next to Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum. The facility includes 147 guest rooms on floors 3 through 10, including 13 suites.
The development includes 10,564 square feet of function space, including a ballroom with two-story floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also includes a spa and a gym that opens onto a terrace on the fourth floor.
