Thomas C. Kennedy was appointed CFO and executive vice president for Hilton Hotels Corporation, the company announced.
Kennedy will oversee Hilton’s global finance functions. He previously served as CFO with Vanguard Car Rental, the holding company of the National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car brands.
