Two hotels are planned for this Atlanta suburb, a 403-room Marriott and a 147-room SpringHill Suites.
The facilities are part of a one-million-square-foot mixed-use development called Gateway Center. The hotels are located near the Georgia International Convention Center, which provides 400,000 square feet of meeting space.
Gateway Center is located a quarter-mile from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The SpringHill Suites development is scheduled to open in February 2010; the Marriott hotel is expected to open in August 2010.
