The Fairview Park Marriott recently completed a $3.5 million renovation on its lobby, lounge and restaurant.
An earlier renovation of the guest rooms and health club was completed in 2006. The Ellipse Restaurant and Lounge includes the addition of a new private dining room, and the lounge has been expanded from 34 to 110 seats.
The facility features more than 25,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 10,032-square-foot ballroom.
