The 225-room Hoboken W is set to open February 2009, Starwood Hotels and Resorts announced.
Forty residences have sold out. Construction began in December 2005. The facility is accepting booking for events that begin in April 2009.
The property includes Bliss, a 5,000-square-foot spa and 5,740 square feet of meeting space.
