The BC Bistro & Lounge, at The Doubletree Hotel Chicago O’Hare Rosemont, has reopened, following a complete, $1.3 million overhaul of the property’s restaurant.
The 200-seat restaurant offers a more “eclectic menu” and a greater range of prices than the other restaurant at the hotel, upscale Gibson’s Steakhouse, said the David Fincannon, the hotel’s general manager.
