InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa opened in the Paradise Valley area of Scottsdale, Ariz.
The property is the brand’s first U.S. resort, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts announced.
The 34-acre resort includes 253 guest rooms and 40 suites, including two presidential suites, 34 single-family homes, a private wedding chapel, restaurants, a 31,000-square-foot spa, five pools and more than 27,000 square feet meeting space.
