The 121-room aloft Phoenix Downtown will debut in January 2011, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide announced.
The hotel will be within walking distance of the Phoenix Civic Plaza Convention Center, America West Arena and Bank One Ballpark. The hotel will also offer 500 square feet of meeting space, as well as an indoor pool and fitness facilities.
