Following the completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation, the former 153-room Holiday Inn Riverfront was reflagged Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront.
The property’s 96 rooms and 57 suites received a facelift, along with upgrades to the convention and banquet space. The lobby and landscaping also received improvements.
The hotel overlooks the Manatee River.
