David Nolan was hired as the new president and CEO of the Toledo CVB, succeeding retired bureau leader James Donnelly.
Nolan previously served as a regional director for Experient, a meetings and event management firm. He was the president and CEO of the Cleveland CVB from 1994 to 2003.
