Sheraton Dallas Gets $90 Million Facelift

Sheraton Dallas is undergoing a $90 million renovation.

All 1,840 guest rooms at the biggest hotel in town will be upgraded. Other improvements include a new central seating area in the lobby and a 32-seat high-tech lounge.

Earlier this year, California-based Chartres Lodging Group bought the former Adam’s Mark Hotel and rebranded it a Sheraton. The bright-colored carpets are being replaced with a cooler, more contemporary palette. The fitness center and restaurant will also be refurbished.

The renovation is expected to be completed June 2009.
