The former Coast Long Beach Hotel here will reopen as Hotel Maya July 1.
The property will be the newest boutique hotel in the Joie de Vivre collection. The hotel will include more than 10,000 square feet of event space and more than 20,000 square feet of outdoor lawn and patio space.
