The 138-room AVIA Long Beach is slated to open here this summer.
The hotel includes 1,350 square feet of meeting space, two lounges and a rooftop pool. The property is located at The Pike at Rainbow Harbor, one of the area’s popular entertainment districts on the waterfront.
