Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Courthouse will open here in August.
The hotel will incorporate a number of eco-friendly features, including a 6,000-square-foot green roof, low-flow plumbing fixtures and water-efficient landscaping. The property will also feature a plaza and outdoor seating.
