The Acapulco CVB is now the Acapulco Destination Marketing Office.
For 2009, the organization will focus its resources primarily on the domestic market without neglecting the international market, specifically the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, the agency has developed a strategic public relations campaign to counteract the recent U.S. State Department travel advisory on safe travel to Mexico.
“With an array of new hotel openings and developments in various stages of construction, the destination continues to grow and enhance its legendary appeal,” said Jesus Radilla, the organization’s director.
