Brisas Hotels and Resorts announced its cancellation policy for the seven resorts it operates in Mexico, due to the swine flu outbreak.
Brisas will waive any cancellation or no-show penalties for all arrivals between now and May 15. If guests choose to relocate to another Brisas property in another location, the hotel will honor the rate of the originally booked hotel depending on the dates and the availability of the alternate property.
Additionally, guests who wish to postpone travel to the original resort booked will retain the original rate for travel up to one year after the original date of departure. Blackout periods apply.
