The Acapulco Destination Marketing office announced that the destination’s tourism infrastructure, including hotels, restaurants and bars, are operational with complete visitor services available while some of the large nightclubs remain closed until further notice.
“While all of Mexico works to recover from the economic effects of [the swine flu], Acapulco remains vigilant in taking proactive steps to safeguard our citizens and guests,” said Mary Bertha Medina. president of the Acapulco Destination Marketing Office. “Tourism is of primary importance to us and we are solely dedicated to the comfort and wellbeing of our visitors.”
