The Warwick New York, originally built as a 36-story apartment-hotel by newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst and host to celebrities ranging from Elvis Presley to The Beatles, debuted the redesign of its Premier Rooms and Suites.
The $2 million renovation, comprising 48 rooms and 11 suites on three floors, aimed to evoke an aura of classic Hollywood by utilizing a platinum, champagne, beige and silver color scheme, along with walnut veneer dressers, consoles and minibar cabinets with antiqued mirror inlay, among other design touches.
The rooms also feature modern technology such as flat-screen TVs and over-sized electric safes that can accommodate laptops.
