The board of governors of Toronto’s Exhibition Place unanimously approved an agreement with HKHotels to build a 320-room hotel south of Direct Energy Centre and adjacent to the new Allstream Centre.
According to Exhibition Place, the 26-story glass-tower property will feature extensive green areas and be committed to the Toronto Green Standard for New Construction, as well as carrying a LEED Silver rating.
HKHotels is a privately run company that operates four boutique hotels in New York City.
