The Trump International Hotel & Tower New York will begin an extensive $30 million renovation in January 2010.
The 167-room property will undergo the revamp in two phases, with half of the rooms being addressed January through April and the remaining rooms in June through September. The hotel will remain open.
The property includes a 6,000-square-foot spa and fitness center and space for small meetings.
