The 190-room hotel includes 30 suites and offers a spa and the Bar Pleiades. The restaurant was the original home of renowned chef Daniel Boulud’s first New York restaurant. The new Cafe Boulud offers a contemporary approach to classic French cuisine. The restaurant is available for small groups.
