Morgans Hotel Group opened the 114-room Ames Boston here.
The hotel, which is located in the historic Ames building, features the Woodward restaurant and bar and a fitness center. Suites are accented with original fireplaces. The original Romanesque-Byzantine building once served as headquarters for the Ames families' agricultural tool company. The hotel includes meeting space for small groups.
