A mixed-use project, known as the Chinatown Project, is planned for three quarters of a block near Mission San Luis Obispo.
The project would also include retail space, offices, restaurants, a 78-room hotel, 16 condominiums, a private, 74-space parking garage and ground-level parking spaces.
