The Raphael Hotel here completed a $10 million renovation.
The historic hotel received three new guest rooms, a new fitness club and more meeting space. Other improvements included upgrades to electrical and plumbing systems.
The 126-room hotel was originally built in 1927 as a nine-story apartment building.
