Kay El Bar Guest Ranch, a dude ranch here, joined Broughton Hospitality Group, a family of boutique hotels.
The ranch is one of the state’s original dude ranches. Guests can stay in Western-style casitas, sort cattle and take part in daily horseback rides. The ranch is located 60 miles north of Phoenix.
