Hotel 71, an independent hotel here, will undergo extensive renovations soon.
Upgrades will include improvements to the 437 rooms, the restaurant, bar and public spaces. Meeting facilities will undergo expansion and improvements, announced Canyon Capital Realty Advisors, the hospital industry investor that recently purchased the hotel.
The property is located on Wacker Drive and faces the Chicago River.
