Andaz Wall Street is set to open in Lower Manhattan Jan. 18.
The hotel will include 253 rooms, a fitness studio, a spa and a restaurant that focuses on local ingredients sourced from the Hudson Valley.
The hotel also includes a collection of five meeting rooms surrounding a communal dining area, where chefs interact with guests. The rooms offer a combined total of 5,920 square feet of event space.
