The 249-room Gansevoort Park is scheduled to open here this summer at the corner of Park Avenue and 29th Street.
Amenities include a rooftop pool complex, six event spaces, unobstructed views of the Empire State Building, four fireplaces, a ballroom, a spa that features a yoga and core studio, a fitness room, a sauna, an Italian trattoria and an infusion liquor bar.
