Paul Upchurch was named CEO of Visit Milwaukee.
Upchurch is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality and tourism industry. He recently served as the COO for Chicago-based TCA Holdings and is a former vice president of hotel operations with Milwaukee-based Marcus Hotels and Resorts.
