Despite the record rains and storms that hit the state of Tennessee, Memphis has weathered the storms with its infrastructure intact.
Memphis hotels, the convention center, city attractions and all roads are open. No damage was sustained in the city, according to a statement from John Oros, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Memphis CVB.
The Millington area and other points north of Memphis experienced flood damage, but all city tourism infrastructure and transportation systems are open and have been open.
