Michele Brumblay was named director of catering and conference services for Makena Beach & Golf Resort here.
Brumblay has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently serving as director of sales for the resort, where she oversaw the sales, revenue management and catering and convention services departments. Her previous positions include director of catering at the Renaissance Stanford Court Hotel in San Francisco and director of catering and convention services at the Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort on Maui.
