Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton announced the opening of a new dual-branded development here.
The two-building property is within 20 miles of downtown Washington, D.C., and three airports. The Hilton Garden Inn features 112 guest rooms and complimentary wired and Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access. The Homewood Suites offers 87 studio, one- and two-bedroom suites.
The two brands share several amenities that include a heated indoor pool, a whirlpool, a fitness center, an entertainment room and space for small meetings.
