The $450 million expansion of The Peabody Orlando is on schedule and set for completion in fall 2010.
The hotel will offer 300,000 square feet of meeting space, including a pillar-free, 54,652-square-foot Peabody Grand Ballroom. The 1,641-room property will feature another three ballrooms and more than 99 meeting rooms.
The hotel will feature a new 22,000 square-foot spa, a Napa Valley wine-themed restaurant and bar, and a new coffee bar.
