Plan It Philly, a new online meetings tool, was launched by the Philadelphia CVB.
The tool is designed to help meeting planners, exhibitors and event organizers learn more about Philadelphia-area hotels and event spaces based on specific criteria. The tool allows meeting planners to compare venues and find a solution that best achieves their meeting needs. Plan It Philly features photos, maps and a description of the city’s meeting possibilities.
“Philadelphia is such an easy city to navigate that planning a meeting or event here should be easy, too,” said Jack Ferguson, the bureau’s executive vice president and incoming president.
Other new additions to the PCVB website include 360-degree photo tours, an enhanced meeting planner section and a virtual tour of the expanding Pennsylvania Convention Center. Coming soon to the website will be redesigned Philadelphia Sports Congress and Multicultural Affairs Congress sites.
