Fairmont Scottsdale Princess recently reopened its La Hacienda restaurant.
Chef Richard Sandoval’s focus is on the flavors and ingredients of Mexico, combining classic Mexican cuisine with European cooking techniques. Sandoval has been called the "Father of Modern Mexican Cuisine." The restaurant includes a tequila bar and four fire pits. A private patio and interior rooms are available for events.
