The 910-room Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch recently completed a $63 million renovation.
Upgrades at the hotel include the addition of a new meeting space on the 18th floor called the Gateway Room with a view of the Gateway Arch. The space was formerly two racquetball courts, a fitness center and an indoor/outdoor pool. Now the space features two ballrooms with an outdoor terrace and a translucent, color-changing floor. Additionally, meeting spaces have new carpet, lighting and soundproof walls.
