Park Hyatt Aviara Resort opened just north of San Diego here.
The Spanish Colonial-style hotel offers 329 rooms, four restaurants and 78,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. The property also features a signature spa, a fitness center, an 18-hole golf course and six tennis courts. The resort spans 205 acres set on the northern shore of the Batiquitos Lagoon.
