Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Worldwide’s global luxury brand, will raise its flag in New York’s Financial District in the fourth quarter of 2011.
The Conrad New York will be the brand’s fifth property to open in the U.S. and the first Conrad hotel in New York City.
The 463-room hotel will be located at the current site of the Embassy Suites New York. The property will offer more than 17,000 square feet of meeting space, including a Grand Ballroom that can accommodate more than 600 people.
Existing Conrad properties in the U.S. include Conrad Chicago, Conrad Indianapolis, Conrad Miami and Conrad San Juan.
