Hyatt Hotels & Resorts launched a Meet and Be Green program that offers a 3 percent rebate on qualifying charges on the master bill.
The offer applies to new meetings booked by Dec. 30 and held by March 31, 2011 at full-service Hyatt hotels and resorts in the U.S. and Canada.
In order to take advantage of the offer, planners and meeting attendees will have to pledge to take 10 steps to during their meeting. Some of the 10 steps include pledging to use recycling options, printing locally, eating local foods and using recycled products.
