Crowne Plaza Madison Gateway is scheduled to break ground here by September, and it will be the first new-build, full-service hotel in the Madison downtown area in more than nine years.
The hotel will include 230 rooms, an indoor pool, a business center, a fitness center and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
