The Holiday Inn & Suites North Beach, formerly the Holiday Inn SunSpree, announced their official reopening.
The hotel, which is located beachfront at the northern end of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation prior to rebranding. The hotel includes 238 guest rooms, as well as 83 all-new oceanfront suites. The new conference center offers over 8,000 square feet of meeting space in five meeting rooms, as well as the addition of a 48-seat movie theater that features family movies and can also be used for group functions.
The Oceanfront Outdoor pool has been updated and features a new pool deck seating 150 lounge chairs as well as a poolside restaurant, The Square Whale. There is also a new whirlpool and fitness center. The property also includes the new Greenery restaurant.
