Two new Hyatt hotels are slated to open next year in Manhattan, one a 175-room property, as yet unnamed, near Union Square and the other a 116-room hotel in midtown to be called Hyatt 48Lex.
Hyatt 48Lex, scheduled to open early next year, will include executive boardrooms, a fitness center and a restaurant called American Bistro. The other Hyatt-branded property, scheduled to open next fall, will feature a grand lobby with an historic façade, guest rooms with private terraces and a rooftop lounge.
