Under a new restructuring plan, the incentive industry organization SITE will no longer have a CEO, a position currently held by Brenda Anderson, as of Jan. 1, 2011.
According to a statement issued by SITE’s board of directors, the organization has decided to turn the CEO position into an “operational, internal-facing role” and plans to invest more in “programming and education to support the evolving business needs of our members.”
Allison Summers will assume the role of managing director of SITE, while continuing to serve as director of the SITE International Foundation and board of trustees.
