The Element Omaha Midtown Crossing opened in Omaha, Neb., the first of Starwood’s green-focused hotel brand to open in the Midwest.
The 132-room property offers a 1,000-square-foot meeting room, a fitness center and complimentary breakfast. Designed for LEED certification, the hotel, like other Element properties, features low-flow faucets and fixtures, recycling bins in the guest rooms and a charging station for electric cars.
