The former Aston Kauai Beach at Makaiwa Hotel, which recently underwent ownership and management changes, is now the Courtyard by Marriott at Coconut Beach and is embarking on an 18-month renovation.
The hotel’s 311 guest rooms, 8,300 square feet of meeting space and all public areas will be refurbished. The enhancements will also include new landscaping and a reconfigured pool area.
