The Homestead Resort, located near Park City in Midway, Utah, has been acquired by Legacy Resorts, which also purchased the neighboring Zermatt Resort earlier this year.
Founded in 1886, The Homestead offers 121 guest rooms, 17,000 square feet of meeting space, golf and a limestone geothermal hot springs.
