A group called the Convention Center Community Coalition delivered a report to business and government leaders in Appleton, Wis., that recommends the construction of a convention center serving the Fox Cities region.
The report also recommends a hotel tax increase, which would be used towards financing a facility with 30,000 square feet of exhibition space on a site behind the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton.
