Plans are in the works for a luxury property called Langham Chicago Hotel to open in 2012 in Chicago’s former IBM Building.
The hotel, which will occupy floors two to 13 of the building, is expected to feature 330 guest rooms, an indoor pool, fine dining restaurant and a 5,000-square-foot ballroom.
