Two foreclosed boutique hotels in downtown San Francisco, Hotel Vertigo and Hotel Metropolis, have been purchased by San Francisco-based Haiyi Hotel Management.
In announcing the acquisition, Haiyi said it plans to retain all employees at the hotels and to renovate guest rooms at the Hotel Vertigo over the next few months.
